Arlington rated number 1???
So, According to Parenting.com Arlington, VA is rated #1 for the best overall city in 2010.
For reasons why they stated, "Arlington has numerous museums and art galleries, and plenty of historical memorials, including the Arlington National Cemetery, the Lincoln Memorial and a World War II Memorial."
Wait... the Lincoln Memorial and World War II Memorial are in DC, NOT Arlington...
Obviously the used very high tech statistics and calculations to get their results.
