Have you ever met someone famous?
Have you ever asked someone to take a picture of you and the famous person?
Has the person who took that picture of you not known how to work the camera and thought they took a picture of you with the famous person when they really didn't?
Well my friends, then you will remember that awkward feeling of looking through your pictures and realizing that you never got that one sweet shot.
That happened to me this week at a Judiciary Hearing on the Hill when I met Billy Corgan. (the lead singer of Smashing Pumpkins). This is a picture I took (with a video camera- thus it is blurry) of Billy Corgan right before he came and shook my hand. We then posed for that nonexistant picture I took with him.

Thats too bad you didn't get the picture! Exact same thing happened to me last year with Bill Clinton.
Aww, that sucks. But we believe you and you'll never forget meeting him...cuz that's pretty awesome! (even more awesome than meeting Stephen Colbert I think)
Aw, but if it had to happen, aren't you glad it wasn't the Colbert pic? Besides, everything went downhill after "Siamese Dream." And this way, depending on the audience, you can tell people you met either Billy Corgan or James Carville!
Once while at a soccer tournament my friend thought this waiter was way hot, so we set him up to stand behind her while I really fast took a picture of him with her, well I got her, but I missed the head of the guy! OPPS!
I'm sorry you couldn't get a good pic...bummer. It looks like you were up close though. I must say you sure meet a lot of famous people! Sheesh! I'm jealous! We want to have you guys over again. Let me know if you have time. I'm glad you're apartment is fixed! Horray!
